Does your product list include brand names of medicines or generic names?

All names of pharmaceutical drugs presented in the list of our products are generic.

What is the meaning of “generic names”? Do these medicines are as efficient as the brand name medicines?

Generic name medicines differ from the brand name ones in their name, color, form, and cost. Generic drugs are usually named after their active ingredients, and brand names are used by the producer factories for distinction. No factory can possess the patent for a chemical agent, and for this reason producers of generic drugs can legally make the “generics”. From the chemical point of view, they are identical, having the same active ingredient with equal biological effect. So, the person who buys generic drugs has the opportunity to purchase the same medication for lower price. Although, the proper result of medication can only be achieved when following the doctor’s prescriptions.

Why is the price for generic medicines so low?

The manufacturers of brand name medicines include the costs of research activities and advertising campaigns into the price of each medicine. They need to pay for approval of FDA, which implies very large expenses. Unlike them, the producers of generic medicines do not spend such enormous sums of money and do not need to recover them. That is why the customers pay lower price too.

Why are your drugs different from the brand name ones? I received medicines with different names. Why is that?

Generic medicines may have different names, but active ingredients are the same. There cannot be any patent for chemical agents but name, color and shape of a particular medicine are always patented, and copying them means violation of intellectual property rights. For this reason the manufacturers of generic medicines cannot make their products similar to brand name ones, and then generics always have different shape, color and name.

Can you prove the quality of your products?

Where can I see the expiry date of a medicine?

Each blister has a marking indicating the medicine expiry date. Different lots of product may have different expiry dates. The storage life is 2 years from the date of production. The expiry date depends on the date of manufacturing.

In what way 50 mg Viagra pills are different from 100 mg ones?

Generic Viagra pills are offered in 50 mg and 100 mg dosages. It means that there are respectively 50 mg and 100 mg of Sildenafil, which is the active ingredient of Viagra, in each pill. This chemical agent may have different effect on people. 50 mg of Sildenafil is considered a standard dose for achieving the result. However, we recommend starting from 25 mg (a half of a 50 mg pill). If this dose is insufficient, take the whole pill.

Do I need a doctor’s prescription to make an order?

You may need a valid prescription to order some of our products. If the prescription is required by the law of your country or territory for any of the items in your purchase list, our customer support representative will contact you after your order is completed.

Our company will require a valid prescription from your doctor. After you have completed the order you have to provide a valid prescription within three days, otherwise we will not be able to process your order.

How can I make an order with your company?

Please be informed that we only accept orders through our web site. You cannot make your order by phone or through e-mail.

For making an order you have to make the following steps:

1. Make you choice of medicine for purchase and click on “Buy now” icon
2. Specify the quantity of medicine that you require
3. Click on “Checkout” icon
4. Fill in the ordering form with any details required
5. Check the information in all fields and specify the quantity of medicine, then press “Submit transaction” icon
6. If the company accepted your order, you will see the appropriate notification on the computer screen, and automatically the confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address (which you indicated in the ordering form). The e-mail is to be sent within 10 minutes after clicking on “Submit transaction” icon. Otherwise, please inform us so we can resent it.

How can I pay for medicines I have ordered?

When actually the money is withdrawn from my bank account?

There is the following procedure of order execution:

1. Straight after you have pressed the “Submit” icon on the checkout page, your information is transferred to our processing centre. The process centre representative will check and process it, and after it the money will be withdrawn from your bank account.
2. Your order will only be approved and processed after payment authorisation.

Is it safe to give my bank account information at your web site?

Can you deliver my order to my country?

We make delivery to almost any country in the world except for some Asian countries.

What is the location of your medicines’ dispatching point?

All our products are made in India that is why the orders are taken and processed there. The drugs are dispatched from India as well.

How do you pack the orders? Do I have to sigh for delivery?

We respect the privacy of our clients. That is why we send the ordered medicines in envelopes which are delivered to the client’s mail box. If your order is sent by ordinary male, there is no need to put your signature in any delivery document.

Can you dispatch my order the same day I made it?

The order is prepared for dispatch within one or two days. In order to process your order we need to check it, verify the delivery information, pack the medicines and then dispatch them. We always have enough products available for prompt delivery.

Which delivery options are available and when can I receive my order?

If you indicate your delivery address as a mail forwarding address, such as PO box, General delivery, Poste restante, UPS store, APO/FPO, etc., as a hotel address, or an educational institution, or give an incorrect contact number, we will not be able to deliver your order through Express International Mail.

Please, be informed that the delivery time indicated at the web site is only estimated time, and can vary depending on the shipment area or be influenced by any of the force-majeure events mentioned below.

The company assumes no responsibility for any extended delays in delivery caused by international mail or customs inspections.

The company is not responsible for any delays caused by excess quantity of mail posted on Christmas or New Year eve, natural calamities, strikes or other events beyond our control which may impact the delivery process.

What is the delivery price?

The price for delivery depends on the delivery option you choose, delivery destination and quantity of ordered products. To calculate the delivery price, please add the items you want to order to the shopping cart and go to checkout page.

Are there any delays caused by customs control?

The company will inform you about any delays caused by customs control. The customs authorities may require your permission to examine the parcel. Then the products will be delivered to your address. If you experience any difficulties in receiving your order, do not hesitate to contact us so we can help in solving the problem.

What should I do if the parcel is damaged or some items from my order are missing?

If the package is damaged or you have not received all of the ordered items, please contact our client support centre to solve the problem. The company will re-send your order or return your payment. For more information, please see the “Policies” section.

Please, be informed that if you order more than 90 items of medicine, the delivery will be made in more than one package.

If you re-send my order, how much shall I pay?

Repeated delivery will be made free of charge. You will not have to pay anything extra.
