Delivery Policy

All medicines offered by our company are made and delivered from India. It may be far away from the destination country and the delivery may take some time. Average delivery time is from 10 to 17 days. Sometimes there may be a 5 more days delay.

If you do not receive the ordered medicines after the dead-line, please, do not hesitate to contact us. Our company will do its best to solve your problem within the shortest time possible.

 

Policy of Order Cancellation

Please, note that the company accepts the cancellations ONLY for the first 24 hours starting from the moment when the order was submitted. In case you want to cancel your order, please contact our client support center by telephone or e-mail to inform us about your decision. We will not be able to process any order cancellations after 24 hours from the time your order was submitted.

Please, check the delivery address you have indicated with your order, and make sure it is correct. Check all information you entered for the second time before sending the order. Mistakes made in the order may result in unsuccessful delivery of purchased products. If you found any mistakes in address information, please, let us know about the existing problem as soon as possible.

 

Refund Policy

All medicines our company offers are generally identical to their brand name equivalents. The company guarantees the same chemical composition of all medicines and equal medical effect if compared to the brand name ones.

If you are not contented with the medical effect of our drugs, please let us know about your concern. Our representatives will provide you with the address where you can return the purchased drugs, and when we receive the returned medicines, the company will start the procedure of compensation payment.

Please, make sure that you used the right dose of medicine and carefully followed all instructions before addressing the company for product return and compensation. Please, note that food containing large amounts of fat, and also alcohol, may slow down the medicine effect.

If the product was not delivered before the dead-line (10-17 days for delivery plus possible 5 days delay due to customs control), please, contact our client support center to apply for compensation. The money will be completely refunded on your bank account. The compensation procedure generally takes from 5 to 7 working days. At the end of this term you can check out the returned amount at your bank account statement.

Please, note that the company will not be able to accept any returns of unused products. Even if the delivered package was not opened, nobody could guarantee the right storage of product during its transportation, or check if its properties remained unchanged.

 

Privacy Policy

We do not share our clients’ information with other business entities or providers of services which are third parties.

The representatives of client support center will not have access to information about your bank account, as only the final 4 numbers of your plastic card are indicated in the company database.

 

Acceptable Use Policy

This document, denoting the Policy of Acceptable Use, inclusive of the Prohibited Activities List mentioned below, constitutes an integral part of the Contract entered into between the customer and Centralux Ltd. If the customer undertakes any of the activities mentioned in the aforementioned list and therefore prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”), his or her account may be suspended or terminated

The Policy of Centralux Ltd is aimed at protection of Centralux Ltd, its customers and the other Internet users from unaccountable or unlawful activities of any individuals. The list of activities, prohibited by Centralux Ltd Policy is non-exclusive. The company, Centralux Ltd, is entitled to change any provisions of this Policy at any moment of time.
